The patient seems to have progressed to stage IV disease. Ascitis is a recurring phenomenon and fluid reaccumulates after removal till we address the primary cause, which is cancer in this case. The intent would be palliative. Chemotherapy can be recommended if the patient's general condition is good. This reduces his/her symptoms. If the general condition of the patient is poor, symptomatic treatment is recommended.
