Help with cancer diagnosis

My relative’s biopsy states that he is suffering from adenocarcinoma. But a senior doctor in Mumbai said that his clinical symptoms are very different from those mentioned in the reports. He has a swelling in his right cheek and his masseter muscle is enlarged. What type of cancer could it be?

Hi Gagan, any confirmation of malignancy comes from the biopsy and further tissue based investigations. A review of the biopsy specimen is suggested to confirm the diagnosis followed by the staging of the disease. This will help in proper management of the patient.
