Treatment plan for metastasized bladder cancer

My father was diagnosed to have liver metastasis. He is a known case of bladder cancer. As per our doctor the cancer is incurable. Please help me find a suitable treatment plan for my father.

Hi Parul, I'm sorry to hear about your father's condition. Liver metastasis is considered as stage IV disease. Cancer from bladder has spread to the liver. Stage IV cancer is incurable. Treatment intent, in this case, would be palliative and not curative to improve patient’s signs and symptoms and to improve his quality of life. Small, up to three operable tumors can be removed by surgery if there is no disease elsewhere. Radiation treatment (SBRT) can also be done for (small, up to 3 lesions) lesions in such cases where surgery is not possible.
